Certain Orders sometimes not process and turns into the cancellation mode due to unfortunate circumstances arises during delivery. Our Customer Support teams will always help you on that time. So don't get panic we will be there 24*7 in your services and each cancellation and refund should be proper observed and evaluate in favor of you.

Some of the quick points to understand our refund and cancellation policies:-

- In case wrong product delivers to you, then will re-ship the complete order free of cost at your doorsteps or refund your complete amount.

- In case damaged parcel sent to you, without our fault then new parcel will ship to you free-of-cost or refund you the complete amount.

- Freedom of 24 hours is available to the customer to cancel any order. Once shipped then it will not happen. Simple mail us to cancel the order.

- We will send you the tracking number of your each order; in case tracking no. not works we will re-ship the complete order after the final confirmation from the parcel authorities.

- You, your family member and in office reception, anyone can release the parcel from deliverable person. Signature is required to release the parcel.
